All items AllenAirsoft sells go through a 30 point pre-inspection before being shipped to the buyer, this includes things such as an expeirenced technician checking Every. Single. Part. Ontop of our master inspection, all orders come with a 30 day warranty and 5 day return policy.

The Item you will be receiving is considered "Open Box", jus tlike anything on our website, this is how we get them so cheap. There is no external damage, nor internal wear; but since the box has been opened, the price is hundreds less!

Shipping times on these products are long due to our PreOrder program. These must be ordered in from japan, and then shipped to you. Expect delivery ~30 days after purchase

If it's ordered just for me, can i return or cancel my order?

This is an order by order basis question. We allow cancellations as long as your item has not left our Japanese warehouse yet, and en route to the united states. Anything after this point is not eligible for cancellation.

Returns are allowed for any product, Preorder or not. You will have a 5 day return window that opens on arrival.
