Overview:
If you’ve ever wanted to feel like an Eastern European action hero from the 1980s, but without the inconvenience of actual gun laws, the KSC CZ75 Chrome is your ticket. This gas blowback beauty takes a classic sidearm and gives it the mirror-polished, aftermarket grip-enhanced treatment it deserves. The CZ75 is already one of the most underrated handguns out there, and KSC went all out making this a stunning, historically accurate replica. With a slide that actually cycles, a trigger that begs to be pulled, and enough chrome to make a ‘90s rap video jealous, this is the kind of pistol that makes you feel classy even when you’re just shooting cans in the backyard.
Quality:
First things first—the finish on this thing is wild. It’s a full-on mirror-polished chrome job that will reflect the disappointment in your opponent’s eyes after they get clapped in a CQB match. The aftermarket wooden grips are a huge step up from the typical ABS panels, making it feel more like an heirloom piece rather than just another airsoft sidearm. Weight-wise, it’s about 2.2 pounds, giving it a solid, realistic heft. Most of the external parts—like the slide release, hammer, and safety—are metal, while the frame is a heavyweight polymer. It’s not the heaviest pistol, but it’s sturdy enough to give you that premium feel. One minor gripe? The slide is a little short and can be tricky to rack if you have bear-sized hands, but that’s a nitpick in an otherwise beautifully built replica.
Internals:
Internally, this CZ75 is a gas blowback system with a crisp cycling action. The blowback isn’t snappy like a TM Hi-Capa, but it’s satisfying and cycles well even in colder temperatures. It shoots around 250 FPS with .20g BBs, making it CQB-friendly, but don’t expect to be sniping with it unless your target is standing really still. Hop-up is adjustable, and if you get it dialed in, you can push shots out to about 100 feet with decent accuracy. There’s no decocker, which stays true to the original firearm, and the trigger has a noticeable double-action resistance—realistic, but something to be aware of if you’re used to lighter triggers. Longevity-wise, KSC internals are generally solid, but keeping this thing well-lubed will make a difference in its lifespan.
